Adjetey Anang is an award-winning Ghanaian actor, author, and creative person. He co-owns Spirited Arts GH, a Creative Arts Business, with his wife, Mrs. Elom Anang. He is also an Acting Lecturer at the National Film and Television Institute (NAFTI), now the University of Media, Arts and Communication (UniMAC) in Ghana. Mr. Adjetey is under the management of Lynx Entertainment. He is best known for his role as “Pusher” in the old Ghanaian Television series, “Things We Do For Love,” directed by Ivan Quashigah.

Adjetey Anang was born in Accra, Ghana, on July 7, 1973. He grew up in Tema and Labadi, Accra. He is 50 years old and a native of Labadi (La), a suburb of Accra. His father, Mr. Anang, is from La, and his mum is from Osu, Accra. They gave birth to two children, and Adjetey Anang is the first child.

Adjetey went to Morning Star School and then attended First Baptist Church School, where he completed his junior high school education. Career
Mr. Adjetey Anang had a passion for acting at a young age. He started his acting career with Theatre (Thursday Theatre) at the National Theatre in Accra. It was through his stage performances that Ivan Quashigah, the director of the “Things We Do For Love” Television series, discovered his amazing talent and gave him the Pusher role in “Things We Do for Love,” a Ghanaian series that started in the late 90s.
Adjetey came into the limelight after he starred in the series. Since then, he has appeared in several movies and TV series produced in Ghana (Ghallywood and Kumawood films) and films produced in Nigeria. He has also starred in a Dutch movie dubbed “Slavery.” In April 2022, Anang joined the Lynx Entertainment family. He is currently under the management of this record label in Ghana. He is one of the great actors in Ghana, which is why he is called the Actor’s favorite Actor. He has also featured in several stage plays in Ghana, South Africa, and other countries.
