Sherif Abdul Majeed was born on April 6, 1995, in his hometown, Tamale, in the Northern Region. He grew up in Tamale with his siblings and still lives there. Maccasio attended Bagabaga Primary and Junior High School in Tamale and had his high school education at Savelegu Senior High School. He offered Home Economics, and after SHS, he decided to follow his passion, becoming a musician.
