Career
Frimpong-Manso started her career as a radio presenter in 2003. She worked with radio gold for some time, and during her studies at NAFTI, she met the CEO of Eagle Productions, Juliet Asante, and they collaborated and introduced a show on TV dubbed “Heart to Heart.” The show runned for about two years under Eagle Productions, and after the two years and completing NAFTI, Shirley started Sparrow Productions, an advertisement, and production company.
With Sparrow, Frimpong-Manso has produced and directed cooking shows, films, and beauty pageants, including the Miss Ghana Pageant. At the moment, Shirley is one of the best producers and directors in Ghana and Africa. She is a multiple-award-winning Scriptwriter, director, and film producer, and the movies and series she has directed and produced are a lot. She once worked as the Chief Operations Officer of TV Africa, Ghana.
