Career
Grace Omaboe discovered acting when she enrolled at St. Monica’s Training College. She joined her school’s drama group and took part in stage plays.
After training in college, she became a teacher and later found herself writing Screenplays for the Osofo Dadzie Drama Group. After some time of doing that, she was convinced by Nana Bosompra, a film producer, to feature in a series dubbed Keteke, which later changed to become Obra. She rose to fame through Obra and got her nickname Maame Dokono due to her role in the series. From Obra, Grace has starred in several Akan and English movies produced in Ghana.
She also started hosting TV shows along with her movie career. Grace has hosted shows like By the Fire Side on GTV and Odo Ne Asomdwe on Metro TV.
